If you want to get 4G LTE services in your handset, it is not applicable on the previous SIM. You need to get a 4G LTE enabled SIM from the Jazz franchise.
Jazz 3G / 4G internet settings via call
- Another very easy way to set up an Internet setting is to call the helpline number. Before making a call, you need to check the makeup and model number of your mobile phone. This is critical as the company cannot submit Internet settings unless it knows about your computer.
- Speak to your jazz number “300” now, and talk to your jazz assistant.
- He will ask about your cell phone makeup and model number. Provide relevant details. It will set up 3G / 4G internet services in your handset in minutes.
- You will receive settings. Save them using the instructions that appear on the screen.
- Restart the device and enjoy 3G / 4G internet on your device.
