Some Jazz family members are unable to convert their current package through IVR. Here’s a complete guide to them. Carefully read the instructions and convert your current package.
Suppose you’re using Jazz Easy or some other programme and want to convert your package to Jazz Budget.
Call your Jazz number 123.
When an automated call representative provides you with package options, simply click “3” for the package settings.
To pick the box, press “number.” For example, if you use Jazz Easy and want to convert it to the Jazz Budget, click here for ‘1.’
Now reveal your confirmation by again choosing “1.”

Terms & Conditions for Jazz Budget Package
- All rates are tax included.
- For this kit, there are no subscription fees.
- The first package conversion through IVR or USSD is free of charge.
- If you choose to convert the package through IVR or USSD again, the regular 17.93 Rs (including tax) fees will apply.
- Rs 17.93 is also subject to conversion via the call centre or jazz representative.
- Foreign calls are not included in the call kit.
- If you have a zero balance, it does not automatically deactivate the kit. You must unsubscribe correctly.
