Coca Cola Isaac is looking for Pakistan Market Research and Analysis Executive (Reporting: Knowledge and Insights Manager) at the head office Lahore
Mission Statement: The Market Research and Analysis Executive will provide practical insights to include all sources of information to provide a comprehensive view of the business for key future decisions. S / He will lead all market research projects (planned and ad hoc) of quantitative and qualitative nature. The individual will work with marketing and sales functions to guide analysis, identify opportunities and gaps, implement research studies related to the region, and enhance the capabilities of area personnel.
- Act as the primary source of panel data for all internal stakeholders and analyze all available panel data to provide actionable insights at the national and regional levels.
- Responsible for guiding all quality and quantitative studies for marketing and cross-functional departments – shopper, customer, retail studies, etc.
- Conduct a joint analysis – study and then make recommendations for pricing decisions in the consumer and business.
- Liaise with third party agencies (local and international) to ensure timely implementation and data collection and analysis
- Lead the strategic aspect of the business by identifying gaps and opportunities for strategy formulation and business planning. Integrate all, internal and external sources of information to provide actionable insights
- Set market share and outlet targets (numbers and weights) for all regions at SKU level
- Provide RGM (Revenue Growth Management) with detailed insights on NARDD industry, categories, products and channels to support these projects.
- Work with category, channel and commercial marketing teams to provide analysis of products and competitive packs / brands at the regional level, so help them plan marketing campaigns.
- Disseminate relevant information to stakeholders regarding competition updates and make appropriate suggestions for business strategy decisions.
- Coordinate with area business teams and HO sales and marketing teams to map opportunities and develop area-winning plans for key improvement areas.
- Liaise with TCECE to conduct collaborative ad hoc / planned studies and to gather information from CBL, BGS, including market research studies conducted by them.
- Develop the analytical capacity of area personnel through numerous training projects and courses on detailed understanding of panels and other research studies
- Provide monthly reports to HO and area teams based on panel data, BGS scorecards, etc.
Candidate Education: Bachelors / Masters
Total experience: 4-6 years with at least 3-4 years of practical experience with a research agency or within a research / insight function in any organization
