Customer Prepare and manage SLA operations in accordance with SLA approval to achieve customer satisfaction.
S is responsible for developing cost mechanisms for all SLA areas involved.
Submit regular SLA reports to management to monitor LA SLA performance.
Participate and submit to SLA tenders as per LA tender guidelines. Demonstrate excellent team management skills to encourage other team members and monitor team performance.
5-8 years experience of SLA management in IT company.
• Management experience required.
