Whiten Telecom Limited is looking for highly motivated individuals for the position of Key Account Managers, who build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve the organization’s sales and revenue goals.

Position: Key Account Manager
Division: Corporate business
Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving revenue, profit, recovery and customer experience goals for the assigned area
  • Actively strengthen market intelligence by monitoring market prices and trends
  • Develop and manage relationships at the senior management level required to present Whitton.
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
  • Accurate forecasting and sales reporting
  • Working with sales account managers on account management plans.
  • Watin’s growing market share in the industry
  • This role requires an understanding of the ‘technical’ aspects of the job, such as the Internet, data or other means of communication infrastructure, as well as the concepts of ICT solutions as well as ICT solutions.
  • Managing relationships with global technology providers; Such as Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, Polycom, Dell, EMC, etc. for Whitton and its users.
  • New ways to nurture existing customers and guarantee long-term growth
  • Account management benchmarks that build more profitable customer relationships and support the organization’s long-term strategy

Experience: 5 to 7 years + experience in ICT sales including proven successful experience.

  • Sales and management of large to medium sized deals
  • A record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Client relationship at senior management level
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise and corporate business
  • Able to seek advice and expert advice from other WATEN industry experts on business issues and challenges in the corporate sector immediately.
  • Reasonable knowledge of account planning procedures
  • Strong knowledge of sales process and use of opportunity management
  • Knowledge of account eligibility procedures is required
  • Contract management

Required Skills:

  • Excellent business communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Excellent presentation, sales and negotiation skills
  • Self-stimulation

Education:

  • BBA / MBA from a reputed university.
  • Additional certification or technical background in technology will be an edge
