The purpose of the job: This role involves designing and managing user-to-end user product launches and campaigns
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education: A minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration is required. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing MBA degree from a reputed university.
Work experience: At least 2-3 years experience.
- Maintain, analyze, and report on important business KPIs (usage, revenue, revenue subscriber base, market, ARPU, QoS, etc.).
- Create daily / weekly / monthly reports, dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
- Strict monitoring of product growth and consumer engagement trends. Identify useful trends for data mining and marketing analysis, results in readable format for management
- Design and manage end-to-end product launches and campaigns and constantly analyze their performance.
- Manage business plans / all product launches and promotional campaigns against timelines and business objectives.
- Close product development and coordination with IT teams to ensure timely artificial launches
- Liaise with brands / distribution teams for the development and circulation of communication materials while also ensuring timely delivery of content promoting channels etc.
- Responsible for customer life cycle management and analysis.
- Perform a competition analysis and prepare all KPI reports for better visibility.
- Liaison with various stakeholders within the organization for class / pricing work.
